Lovely podcast! I got listening to Pst David Mureithi last evening, and he was talking about Fathers. The most exciting part of the sermon was the role of fathers, with one key role being training the child in a ‘trade’. I think part of the answer to unemployment is that some fathers may be in trades that they cannot train their children in. Sadly, I think formal employment may have partly created the problem of unemployment, because in the corporate space, a father might not be able to train a son on the same.
Such great thoughts, especially on the employment. Apprenticeship should be revived by Government.
