The Bible dedicates a whole book to specifically call out foolishness. I have attempted to draw out every portion of Proverbs that addresses the fool. I will summarise the lesson for each mention of the fool and leave the reference. You are a fool if you despise wisdom and instruction from experienced and godly people (Proverbs 1:7).

You are a fool if the honour you are given will only result in you hurting people; you don’t deserve that honour; in fact, giving you honour is like arming a slingshot with a stone- the only result is people getting hurt (Proverbs 26:8).
